Mr. Mastal was responsible for capital markets efforts for the Port Covington project, focusing on the debt and equity capital raising strategy. Mr. Mastal has over 15 years of experience in family office development, finance and fundraising in the Ultra High Net Worth and Institutional marketplaces. He also has over 10 years of experience in Real Estate leasing. He was an Army Reserve Officer for eight years at the inception of his professional career. Mr. Mastal graduated from the University of Richmond where he was a varsity baseball player. John is head of strategy and capital markets.
