At Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, Jordan is responsible for helping drive human capital strategy across the KPCB portfolio and recruiting top talent from around the world into our companies. Prior to working at KPCB, Jordan was a Principal at Silicon Valley’s Howard Fischer Associates. At Howard Fischer Associates, Jordan built executive teams for Silicon Valley’s top venture backed Enterprise Networking, Software, eCommerce, Media, and Consumer Electronic companies. Prior to joining Howard Fischer Associates, Jordan was the founder of NewPoint Ventures, a boutique-recruiting firm that specialized in building sales and marketing teams for high-tech companies internationally. Jordan also spent four years at Century Associates, a Philadelphia based search firm. Jordan graduated with a B.A. from Bloomsburg University.
