William D Jones

William D. Jones has been a director since 1994. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of CityLink Investment Corporation and City Scene Management Company. From 1989 to 1993, he served as General Manager/. Senior Asset Manager and Investment Manager with certain real estate subsidiaries of The Prudential. Prior to joining The Prudential, he served as a San Diego City Council member from 1982 to 1987. Mr. Jones is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Southwest Water Company and certain funds under management by Capital Research and Management Company. He is also a trustee of the Francis Parker School and the San Diego Padres baseball club. He is a former director of The Price Real Estate Investment Trust and former Chairman of the Board of the Los Angeles Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
