Victoria Kuper

Tori has dedicated her life committed to building systems for democratic ownership and community wealth. She co-founded Cooperation Buffalo and BreadHive Worker Cooperative and is the Events Manager at New Economy Coalition. She has sat on the Board of the US Federation of Worker Cooperatives, North American Students of Cooperation, Transform Finance’s Capital and Equitable Communities Advisory Board, and has been nominated to the NYS Advisory Panel for Employee Owned Enterprises for her work on co-op policy. She holds a Master’s Degree from NYU, a Certificate in Participatory Management from Rutgers University and was a Fellow with the Democracy at Work Institute’s Cooperative Developer Program. When she’s not supporting co-ops, Tori enjoys raising her son Jonah in community on Buffalo’s West Side and radically envisioning what our future could look like.
