Anthony Lazzoppina

Anthony has extensive experience in public market, private market and cross border M&A, equity and debt raisings, principal equity investments, restructurings, hedging strategies, communications, tax law and accounting. He has led complex transactions with counterparties across North Asia, South East Asia, Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East. Anthony is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia). He is a former national Senior Committee Member and lecturer for the M&A faculty and Valuations faculty of Finsia.
