Steven K. Hamp is 59 years old, and he has been a director of the Company since March 2008. Mr. Hamp has been the principal of Hamp Advisors LLC, a strategy consulting firm, since March 2007, and prior to that, he was the Vice President and Chief of Staff of Ford Motor Company, a global automotive vehicle manufacturer, a position he held from November 2005 to October 2006.
