James Michael Gatling is corporate vice president, global manufacturing at Baxter. He is responsible for the global manufacturing operations for the Medication Delivery and Renal global business units, Global Supply Chain, Environment, Health & Safety. Prior to joining Baxter, Gatling worked at Anderson Clayton and Northern Electric. Gatling received a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Mississippi State University.
