Cynthia Scurtis

Cynthia Scurtis and Alex Rodriguez met at a gym in the late 1990s, and she left her job as a psychologist to follow A Rod's professional baseball career, moving from Texas, where he was playing for the Rangers, to New York, where he eventually signed a contract with the Yankees. The former couple married in 2002 and officially separated in 2008, after an alleged infidelity of the then Bronx Bombers player.
