Drew "Bo" K. Brownstein

Drew "Bo" Brownstein founded 'Big 5 Asset Management LLC' a Denver-based hedge fund. On Jan 11th 2012 he was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for securities fraud arising from an insider trading scheme in which he received material, non-public information about a pending acquisition of Mariner Energy, Inc. by Apache Corporation. He realized nearly $2.5M in profit for himself, the hedge fund and others by trading on this insider information. He was later pardoned by President Donald Trump, on January 20th 2021.
