Gerald S Migdol is the founder and President of the Migdol Organization; a Harlem based real estate management and development firm with ancillary social service, legal and security businesses including several non-profits dedicated to the health, education and welfare of the Harlem community. Mr. Migdol is an attorney, well trained in the construction trades and has been buying developing and turning around mismanaged properties in the City for nearly 40 years. He has provided crisis immediate takeover management for the Resolution Trust Co, Freddie Mac and local Supreme Court Receiverships. Mr. Migdol and his family live and work in the Harlem area and currently their holdings are concentrated in those neighborhoods, where they own and manage many buildings. In 2004 Mr. Migdol started the Migdol Family Foundation and began making donations for the benefit of community residents; after his son Daniel passed away in Harlem in 2008, his family opened The Daniel Migdol Memorial Fund helping young people in need.
