Manuchehr Khoshbin

Khoshbin's family fled Iran when he was just 14. He spent his teen years mopping bathrooms at a Southern California Kmart and enduring taunts from racist schoolmates. He took refuge in pumping iron and emulating his heroes—Stallone and Schwarzenegger. Khoshbin briefly flirted with modeling before finding his calling in real estate. The tougher times got, the harder he worked—and the harder he worked out. Khoshbin now owns a $10 million house in Newport Beach and a small fleet of luxury cars.
