Sara Pohlad

Sara Pohlad known as Kacey. She was the legislative assistant for education and housing policy in the Washington office of Senator Amy Klobuchar, Democrat of Minnesota. She graduated from the University of South Carolina and received a master’s in public policy from Georgia Tech. She is a daughter of Sally and James Wood of High Springs, Fla. The bride’s father owns and operates the Santa Fe Canoe Outpost, a boat rental and river-guide company in High Springs. Her mother is a personnel specialist in Gainesville, Fla., where she hires teachers for the public schools of Alachua County.
