Uses tv to spread disinformation and anti-West playbook across the country, particularly targeting population of Eastern-Southern Ukraine. promoting pro-Russian propaganda, blackmailing independent anticorruption institutions, attacking constantly civil society activists and reformers in govt, blaming IMF & the West for alleged attempts to govern Ukraine. Disinfo messages are broadly reinforced by 1+1 TV channel, beneficially owned by oligarch Igor Kolomoyskyi. Medvedchuk also uses troll factories in social media to boost his anti-Western rhetoric.
