Writing and producing bombastic pop songs (Beyoncé’s “Halo,” Leona Lewis’ “Bleeding Love,” Adele’s “Rumour Has It,” OneRepublic’s “Apologize”) made Ryan Tedder almost endlessly rich. Now the Oklahoma native is hoping some of that hit-making magic has rubbed off onto his Beverly Hills home, which is newly listed at $16.5 million. That’s nearly $5 million more than Tedder and his wife Genevieve paid for the place seven years ago.
