DONALD E. WASHKEWICZ has served as a Director since 2000. Mr. Washkewicz has been our Chairman of the Board of Directors since October 2004; our Chief Executive Officer since July 2001; and our President since January 2007. He was previously our President from February 2000 to October 2004.
