MARKOS I. TAMBAKERAS has served as a Director since 2005. He is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and the Finance Committee. Now an independent investor, Mr. Tambakeras was the Chairman of the Board of Kennametal Inc. (global tooling solutions supplier) from July 2002 to December 2006 and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kennametal from July 1999 to December 2005. He is also a Director of ITT Industries, Inc. and Newport Corporation and serves on the Board of Trustees of Arizona State University. PRESENT DIRECTORS WHOSE TERMS EXPIRE IN 2010.
