Mr. Huntsman has served as a Director since October 2004. Mr. Huntsman also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of our company. Prior to his appointment in July 2000 as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Huntsman served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 1994. In 1987, Mr. Huntsman joined Huntsman Polypropylene Corporation as Vice President before serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Huntsman has also served as Senior Vice President of Huntsman Chemical Corporation and as Senior Vice President of Huntsman Packaging Corporation, a former subsidiary of our company. Mr. Huntsman is currently a director or manager of Huntsman International LLC and certain of our other subsidiaries. Mr. Huntsman is the son of our Chairman, Jon M. Huntsman.
