Experience has been acquired through executive positions prior to 2003 at Lendlease Corporation Limited and Macquarie Bank Limited. I founded Silver Spirit Partners in 2003 to advise on two significant property development projects in New South Wales. Following their completion, I broadened the business’s activities to include advising on a range of strategic transactions and infrastructure projects in the private and public sectors, most recently the negotiations for Australia’s $52 billion Future Submarine Program. I am a respected strategic advisor and skilled negotiator and have been involved in many important property, Defence and infrastructure transactions including: * Western Sydney Airport * The redevelopment of Darling Harbour, and * 28 complex weapons system acquisition and sustainment contracts for Defence. I am a creator, leader and mentor of high-performance professional teams and have a strong reputation for innovation and applying a solution-orientated approach to the delivery of positive and enduring value for all parties. Over the past 30 years, I have developed a broad-based political and business network and I am Defence’s key advisor in relation to transactions with The Boeing Company amongst other international Defence aerospace primes.
