Jon S Fossel

Mr. Fossel became Chairman of the Board of the Company effective October 1, 2006. Mr. Fossel retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the OppenheimerFunds in 1996. He continues to serve as a trustee of 40 of the Denver-based OppenheimerFunds mutual funds. In November 2004, Mr. Fossel also became a director of Northwestern Corporation d/b/a Northwestern Energy. Northwestern Energy is an electricity and natural gas provider. He has been a director since 2002, and his term expires in 2008.
