In 1999, after moving to Colorado Springs, he was head chaplain for Bureau of ATF agents who responded to Columbine school shooting. Traveled to NY to serve as a chaplain for first responders after 9/11. Founder of Peace Officer Ministries and Quick Response Team Ministry. Traveled to scenes of natural disasters (e.g. Hurricane Katrina) and mass shootings (e.g. Virginia Tech, Pulse nightclub attack in 2016 in Las Vegas). In 2016, enamored w/ Trump. Travelled to NY where he claimed to have “briefed a Trump-transition team adviser on a volunteer federal law enforcement chaplaincy proposal.” After Trump lost in 2020 election, went to GA to help prove Trump’s bogus claims of voter fraud. Tried unsuccessfully to speak w/ Ruby Freeman, so contacted Harrison Floyd, leader of Black Voices for Trump to help who, in turn, contacted Trevian Kutti, Kanye West’s former publicist, who then told Freeman’s neighbor that he was a “crisis manager” who could help her. He reportedly threatened Freeman with jail time unless she admitted to election-fraud scheme.
