Randall T Cook

Randall co-founded Method Co. in 2012 to create singular, authentic hotels, apartment hotels, and restaurants throughout the United States. Under his vision and leadership, the firm has delivered a number of award-winning hospitality projects including ROOST, the high-design apartment hotel concept and Wm. Mulherin’s Son’s, the urban Italian restaurant and hotel. From a very early age Randy was interested in real estate. By combining his passions for unique buildings, placemaking, and urban regeneration, he quickly realized that Method could create a lot of value by seamlessly integrating hospitality operations with quality real estate investments.
