Gene Townsend

Gene retired from IMERYS Talc in 2017 after working there for 44 years. Gene fills many roles in our community, including as a volunteer Santa Claus for the annual Three Forks Christmas Stroll, a member and projects volunteers for the Three Fork Area Historical Society, as a Docent at the Headwaters Heritage Musuem, and as a volunteer at the Three Forks Summer Recreation Program Annual Fundraiser. Gene enjoys working on the Headwaters Trail System, bicycling, yardwork, traveling, and spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Pat, for 23 years. They have two sons who are both married, with two beautiful granddaughters.
