Sidney E Anderson

Anderson manages and directs the company’s finance, accounting, treasury and information technology (IT) organizations with responsibilities that include financial planning, accounting, IT, cash management, internal controls, budgeting, planning and forecasting analysis, as well as required financial reports and statements. He also leads an in-house legal department that is responsible for all legal matters of the company. Prior to joining Hawker Beechcraft Corporation in October 2008, Anderson served most recently as Vice President, Finance and Treasury for United Technologies Corporation’s Hamilton Sundstrand division. Before joining UTC in 1999, he was director of finance for the aerospace division of Sunstrand Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and political science from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill., a master’s in business administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a second master’s in business with a finance concentration from Arizona State University.
