Michael J Rapport

Michael J. Rapport (New York) is a Vice President of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Rapport worked at Lazard Alternative Investments, where he focused on structured, minority-stake investments in public and private companies. Before Lazard, he worked as an Associate at Greenbriar Equity Group, focusing on leveraged buyouts in the transportation and logistics industries. He has been involved in all aspects of a deal process, including financial and operational due diligence, participating in the negotiation and execution of transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies. Mr. Rapport began his career in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Rapport holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Williams College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
