Kristin Milone

Kristin Milone (Washington, D.C.) is a Senior Associate at Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Ms. Milone worked at CRT Capital Group LLC in its research department, analyzing high yield debt and equity securities primarily of companies within the media and consumer industries. Prior to that, Ms. Milone worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring divisions of Rothschild Inc., where she was responsible for performing financial analysis of proposed transactions, conducting operational and financial due diligence, and executing on all aspects of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. Ms. Milone holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where she was a Jefferson Scholars Foundation Fellow, and a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University
