Marissa Behrens Downs

Marissa Downs received a BBA from U.W. Madison in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. She began her career as an analyst at Related Capital, after which she served as the Director of Development at SunStarr Real Estate Group and the Senior Vice President at Commonwealth Development Corporation. Marissa is currently Principal at Mosaic Property Ventures, a multifamily housing development company. She is a member of the board of directors of the Trout Museum of Art and serves as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development and Chair of the Appleton Redevelopment Authority.
