Have experience in two major areas: construction/enginering and firearms I. Construction. Worked for Stone and Webster Engineering and Bell Power for approximately 6 years in Nuclear Power construction both as a construction manager/superintendent and as a construction engineer. Obtained NJ Professional Engineer license in 1985, Montana PE in 2015. Through Guis & Associates, have provided construction consulting, site plan preparation, septic design and expert testimony. 2. Firearms. Am certified NRA instructor in Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Home Firearms Safety, Personal Protection and chielf Range Officer. Have provided expert opinions and testimony on firearms cases. Have taught various classes to womens groups, scouts, Rotary clubs and others. Have actively competed in formal rifle, pistol, and shotgun competitions.
