Frank Guadagnino

Frank T. Guadagnino Frank retired from the University on December 31, 2023 He was Associate General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University (“University”). Frank also served as interim Vice President and General Counsel from October 2022 through August 2023. Prior to his appointment to the interim position, Frank served as Vice President for Administration, where he was responsible for the administration of the Office of the President, the Office of Ethics and Compliance, the Office of Veterans’ Services and the Office of the Board of Trustees. In that role, Frank also served as Secretary to the Board of Trustees. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel as Associate General Counsel in 2014, Frank was a senior partner at Reed Smith LLP/ He served as the head of the firm’s global financial services practice group and as counsel to the firm on a variety of corporate and financing matters, including the firm’s expansion into London and other markets. Frank received his B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a Symposium Editor of the Law Review.
