Cassandra Williams Metz started her career as a corporate lawyer at various organizations, including MTV Networks, a division of Viacom Inc., and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Her corporate work focused on transactions across all stages of corporate development, from mergers to acquisitions to affiliate, restructuring and venture capital transactions. Currently, Cassandra is a writer and photographer with a special interest in travel and landscape photography.
