Charles Liang is the chairman, president and CEO of server and storage systems provider Super Micro Computer, also known as Supermicro.The San Jose, California-headquartered firm went public on Nasdaq in 2007. Taiwan-born Liang founded the company in 1993 with his wife Sara Liu, who serves as its senior vice president and director. In 2024 Forbes ranked the couple's net worth at $1.4 billion.
