Flees has been the top executive at oil maker Valvoline since October 2023. Previously she was an executive at Walmart and Sam's Club. She's also been on the board of Walmart de México y Centroamérica, the Mexican and Central American division of Walmart and the largest company on the Mexico Stock Exchange
