Elaine Lindy

Elaine Lindy is a third-generation member of the Lindy family who is involved with Lindy Communities, a property management company in the Philadelphia area. She is also the founder and president of Fiesta Schoolyards. Lindy Communities was founded by her grandfather in the 1930s and has expanded to include new construction, student housing, senior lifestyle housing, and high-rise apartment communities Elaine Lindy is also the founder and president of Fiesta Schoolyards, a non-profit organization focused on transforming the exterior spaces of elementary schools in Philadelphia. Drexel University’s Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation has received $5 million in grants from the family of the late Philip B. Lindy (1930-2013), a generous benefactor of Drexel University
