Janiece M Longoria

Janiece M. Longoria has been a director since 2005. Ms. Longoria is a partner in the law firm of Ogden, Gibson, Broocks & Longoria, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas and has a concentration of experience in commercial and securities-related litigation and regulatory matters. She has served as a commissioner of the Port of Houston Authority since 2002 and as a member of the University of Texas System Board of Regents since February 2008. She previously served as the treasurer and a director of the Houston Convention Center Hotel Corporation from 1999 to 2004.
