Mr. Lee also co-founded The Officebox in April 2004, a Chinese office products retail chain. Mr. Lee was a founding member, chairman of the board and CEO of CS China Acquisition Corp., a blank-check company that completed its initial business combination in February 2010 with Asia Gaming & Resorts, Ltd. to form Asia Entertainment and Resources Ltd (NASDAQ:AERL). Mr. Lee is a founder and since August 1989 has served as the chairman of Lee Holdings Company, Inc., a US-based investment company focusing on the acquisition of nonperforming assets in the United States from different sources, including but not limited to major banks and life insurance companies.
