Joseph P Viviano

Mr. Viviano served as the Vice Chairman of Hershey Foods Corporation, a chocolate and confectionery manufacturer, from January 1999 until his retirement in April 2000. Previously, Mr. Viviano had been President and Chief Operating Officer of Hershey Foods Corporation from 1994 through 1998. Mr. Viviano commenced serving on the Board of RAI as of July 30, 2004, and served on the board of directors of RJR from June 1999 to July 2004. He also is a member of the boards of directors of Chesapeake Corporation, Harsco Corporation and RPM International Inc.
