G Thomas Clark

Mr. Clark retired after eighteen years with Paychex, Inc., where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Paychex, Mr. Clark spent eighteen years in the commercial banking business. He serves on the Board of Directors at Ormec Systems Corp., Unity Health System, School of the Holy Childhood and the Gordon S. Black Corporation. Mr. Clark is currently the Chairman of Genesee Valley Trust Company's Advisory Board.
