John Jeffry Louis III

Mr. Louis has served as Chairman and Co-Founder of Parson Capital Corporation, a Chicago-based private equity and venture capital firm, since 1992. He is also a director of S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. and Johnson Financial Group, Inc., President of the Board of Trustees of Deerfield Academy, and a trustee of Northwestern University, Shedd Aquarium and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He has been a director of Gannett since 2006.
