Retired President and Chief Operating Officer of the H.E. Butt Grocery Company, an independently owned food retailer. He joined H.E. Butt Grocery Company in 1975, was named chief operating officer in 1984 and president in 1995 and retired in 2003. Mr. Clingman is a director of Ecce Panis, NuStar GP Holdings, LLC and Rackspace US, Inc.
