Ms. Feigin has been a Consultant specializing in strategic marketing and branding since 1999. She served as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Director of Strategic Services of Grey Advertising Inc. from 1983 until her retirement from that position in 1999. Ms. Feigin also serves as a director of Circuit City Stores, Inc. She is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Board of Directors.
