Steven L. Polacek, 48 years old, has been a director of the company since 2007. He is Chief Administrative and Chief Financial Officer of Opus Corporation, a privately-held real estate development firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He had held his current position since September 2005. He joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a partner in 2002. Upon graduation from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982, Steve joined Arthur Andersen & Co. and was admitted as a partner in 1993. From 1995 to 2002 he served as Managing Partner of the firm's Minneapolis office. His community service has included service on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities and Washburn Child Guidance Center. He currently serves as a board member for Opus Foundation as well as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Holy Angels.
