David E. Momot has been a director of the Company since August 2000. Over his 30-year career with General Electric, Mr. Momot served in various manufacturing and general management positions. Most recently, from 1991 to 1997, Mr. Momot held various executive positions at General Electric, including Vice President -- European Operations G.E. Lighting, President and Chief Executive Officer -- BG Automotive Motors, Inc. and, most recently, Vice President and General Manager -- Industrial Drive Motors and Generators. Mr. Momot has served on the executive board of the Boy Scouts of America, on various Chambers of Commerce at local and state levels and on several YMCA and church boards.
