Wolfgang Deml has been a director of the Company since February 1999. Since 1991, Mr. Deml has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BayWa Corporation, a trading and services company located in Munich, Germany. Mr. Deml is also currently a member of the Supervisory Board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VK Muhlen AG.
