Gerald B Johanneson

Gerald B. Johanneson has been a director of the Company since April 1995. Until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Johanneson had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Haworth, Inc. since 1997. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Haworth, Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Johanneson currently serves on the Board of Haworth, Inc.
