J Alfred Broaddus Jr

J. Alfred Broaddus, Jr. is retired. He previously served as President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 1993 until his retirement in 2004. During his tenure as President, Mr. Broaddus also served as a rotating member of the Federal Open Market Committee of the Federal Reserve System. He also serves on the boards of directors of Albemarle Corporation, Markel Corporation and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Broaddus has been a director of the Company since 2004.
