Ian C Strachan

Son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles H. Strachan of Wilmslow, England, was the finance director of the RTZ Corporation, formerly the Rio Tinto-Zinc Corporation, a metals mining and industrial conglomerate, in London. He is a graduate of Christ's College at Cambridge University and received a master's degree at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. His father is a retired physician.
