Dr. Aspe is a member of the Advisory Board of Stanford University's Institute of International Studies and the Visiting Committee of the Department of Economics of MIT. Dr. Aspe also sits on the Advisory Board of Marvin & Palmer. Dr. Aspe has served as a Director of the Company since 1996 and is a member of the Compensation and Financial Policy Committees.
