D. Scott Smith

Has been with the company since 1994. From October 2001 until his appointment in June 2008 as vice president of operations, western U.S., he served as regional director, with operational responsibility for branches in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. Between 1994 and 2001, Mr. Smith served in all levels of operations at the company, including regional manager, area manager and branch manager. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Smith had 18 years of experience in retail/wholesale fashion management, sales and merchandising. Mr. Smith attended Penn Valley Community College and Western State College.
