Patrick Siewert

Since April 2007, Mr. Siewert has been a Senior Director for The Carlyle Group, an investment company. From February 2006 to March 2007, Mr. Siewert was a Senior Advisor to The Coca-Cola Company, a worldwide beverage company. From August 2001 to March 2007, Mr. Siewert was Group President, Asia The Coca-Cola Company. He is also a director of Computime Group Ltd., a manufacturer of home and commercial control products in Hong Kong. He has been a director of Avery Dennison Corporation since April 2005. His present term expires in 2010.
