Charles A Bancroft

Mr. Charles A. Bancroft, also known as Charlie, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company since April 08, 2010 and has been its Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations since 2016. Mr. Bancroft served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from January 1, 2010 to April 8, 2010. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company since April 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Services since October 2011. He served as Vice President of finance at Bristol-Myers Squibb's global biopharmaceutical business. Mr. Bancroft joined Bristol-Myers in 1984 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility within the finance organization, including international assignments, senior leadership positions in the global pharmaceutical business and also with ConvaTec. He has been a Director of Colgate-Palmolive Company since January 1, 2017. He served as a Member of the Management Council of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University.
