James W Crownover

James W. Crownover retired in 1998 as a director of the global management consulting firm of McKinsey & Company. During his 30-year career with McKinsey, Mr. Crownover served as managing director and head of its southwest practice. Mr. Crownover served as a director of Great Lakes Chemical Corporation from 2002 to 2005 and has been a director of the Company since 2005. He also serves as a director of Weingarten Realty Investors, Allied Waste Industries and FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Crownover serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Rice University, as well as a director of the Houston Grand Opera.
